That Ink case blew my mind. It looks totally navy blue inside, but in direct sunlight, it's 100% purple. In dimmer light, totally black. Apple is doing such crazy things with color nowadays.

The most impressive thing i liked about these year’s pros is the ProRaw and ProRes camera output. I mean it is mind blowing. 48MP output is just crushing its rivals’ performance. And in Daylight the photos and videos of that 48MP is close to mirrorless DSLR’s image output. Brilliant Apple. 👌🏻

I’m actually writing this comment on my new iPhone 14 Pro Max that just came in earlier this morning. Surprisingly, the larger screen isn’t that bad at all. In fact, the volume buttons are actually placed lower so your dominant hand can easily reach the volume buttons. Nice. The screen is a bit wider and a smidge longer. That’s it. Otherwise, Apple does a fantastic job keeping the overall feel and look exactly the same for the iPhone 4. I’m using this with no hesitation as the placement for everything is exactly where it’s suppose to be. Other than the improved dynamic notch, you won’t notice a big difference from the previous iPhones. And that’s my honest take on it. Oh, I’m coming from an iPhone X.

I love her reactions and playfulness. Those are the colors I'm considering. I am even considering foregoing the pro because i really like that blue color on the regular 14. I'm coming from a 2016 model Samsung phone, so it would still be a huge upgrade. Could use a case although I guess i'm in the minority that tends not to do that. Dynamic island, latest and greatest photography, better refresh rate, and always on display vs that blue. Hmm..

Energetic review as always. The photos are definitely sharper, which I prefer. Your photos are detailed and very much appealing. Thanks for showing the macro mode in detail. It would be a nice add-on if you could show macro videos of some crawling insects. I think it's worth upgrading for sharper photos, a very effective cinematic mode. Night mode still takes some time to shoot! The front-facing is sharper, and it is too good Justine doesn't want it that way! I am counting on this phone. The music at the end is too good.

I bet iPhone 14 will have one-two years less of iOS updates than the Pro since it has A15 instead of A16. This was the case with the 5C in 2017, and 5S in 2019, two phones that got released back in 2013. I would highly recommend either the Pro model, or better move on to a very fast Android phone for less.

While discontinued iPhones are no longer supported at all due to Apple's walled garden, the discontinued Android phones still get software support from the community, which should extend the phone’s support for another 5-10 years or more.

Does anyone else feel like when they start watching these Apple unboxing videos with Justine that she’s this little girl playing house with her friends (iPhones,Apple Watches) where she plays dress up with cases and watch bands?!?! And then she talks to them! Telling them how “pretty” they look, all while mixing and matching “outfits!” The excitement is always “Far Out!”

I feel like this is the only ACTUAL review I've seen of the 14 series. I'm switching over from android to apple for the first time in my 16 years of having smartphones and in all other videos I've seen on the 14s, they just say that it's not worth upgrading from 13. I am not upgrading from 13, so I really wanted to know what the phone was like and I feel like from your video I finally got to know :) thanks!
