A massive omission is the amount of pressure the Marolex can retain over the IK means you have a longer work time after pumping a bit longer, so you don’t have a lot of interrupted application.
@matsudakodo Жыл бұрын
I don't see how anything was omitted. She showed they lasted about the same length of time.
@BigCarKilla Жыл бұрын
@@matsudakodo exactly. The Marolex carries a lot more pressure, and also foams for longer. The Marolex could have been pumped up a lot more before hitting the pressure vent. Hence, omission.

To be honest, I’m not impressed with marolex quality. I have one of their sprayers that is designed for alkaline , and it is also able to do upside down spray. Not from my experience. It sucks getting chemicals all over the place every time I use it, plus I've had 2 of them get a sticky trigger even after a heavy cleaning and disassembly and reassembly. I'll be buying a different sprayer as they fail.
@chrispippin49062 жыл бұрын
You're not comparing apples to apples if you don't use the same type internal spray tips provided by both sprayers. The external tip is not what dictates the foam density. The internal changable tips are what do this. Also the foam density will determine the how much pressure and liquid are used in a given time frame.

I’m looking to buy a foaming pump sprayer as I don’t want to have to hook up my electric power washer or even a model that you need a garden hose for. I know that they won’t come close to matching the foam quality of a power washer model. I’m leaning towards the IK as I think I could buy it locally and return it easier if I don’t like it. Question. Can I use ordinary car wash soaps with it? Videos talk about products containing surfactants are needed. I’m hoping the car wash products I have would foam up properly.

Chelsea, by chance (didn’t see) have you done one to compare the larger capacities iK20, against the Marolex Axel 7000? Wondering if hand pumping is worth it or if the iK20 or iKe20 (battery) with Schrader valve (and small electric tire pump) might be the way to go. Like many, I’d really like the thicker stay-put foam that the hose-pressure foamers just won’t do, and cannot do the seemingly necessary expensive/space-hog pressure-washer. Either of these, then, could be an affordable/tidy and viable option?
