IK multimedia rules. Their iloud series of monitors are unbelievable for their size, and the MTM have a version of that ARC system built in that makes such a big difference. Nice to see a generic box that can do it for any speaker! brilliant little device

Just got mine, and while I am still getting used to the new sound profile I can tell it is much better than what I had going before. And don’t even get me started on sonar works sound ID, which was useless and almost impossible to wipe from my system after giving up on it.

FOR NON DJ GUYS - In Audio Production world, IK Multimedia is well known software and hardware developer. Their plugins are top-notch and their hardware is amazing as well. They do Studio Monitors, sound cards, audio plugins and even hardware synthesizers. Very good, solid company. This unit is a must have for all DJ's!

Acoustic panels deal with reflections, which is a separate problem to differences in EQ.

This is a great option for speakers. If you use headphones as well for monitoring, then the Sonarworks is the better option with its headphone profiles.

Hi again :) do you happen to know whether it's natural or linear phase what's stored in the box? Maybe the box is eliminating that 42ms latency? Or isn't the box considering phase correction at all?

Great review.. would this work in a non studio environment like a living room with an integrated amp and passive speakers ? I assume the streamer / dac can input into the ARC studio and then the ARC outputs can go to the amp (using RCA to XLR adapters).. would that work ?
