The kids should have the bigger room. They have too small bunk beds they won't be able to sit up in soon. Their room is good for a queen size bed. And a walk in closet for two people. When we were kids my siblings and I had the big room. Believe me, much better mental health with private beds divided by closet and a curtain

@@ALT1308_ I may not live there, but just looking at the closet space and the room, it's a decent size. It may seem small to them, but for many people, it isn't a small place. For example I don't even have a closet and keep my clothes under my bed + have one ikea open rack. And many of my friends live similarly, in one bedroom apartments, some even with a kitchen in the same room.

I don’t understand why people are so mad about your kids sharing a room. I have three siblings and at least two of us always shared a room. As the parent and bill payer in the household it’s perfectly reasonable to choose which room is yours. Your girls look so happy and well cared for and their room is amazing. There’s nothing wrong with having a smaller space for your kids to share. Their room is plenty big enough, especially with their ages. I spent several years in a room only big enough for a mattress on the floor and a dresser. Don’t let people make you feel like a bad person when it’s clear you care deeply about your kids and how they live
