I'm confused. If you ate breakfast then went to shop, how were you able to sit back at the same table (unless they specifically reserved it for your seating), and how did the customers (more specifically the lady with the lanyard on the right) not move from the time that you finished breakfast, and shopped around, and ordered the lunch menu after that.

Plant-based schnitzel and spaghetti with tomato sauce is the one for those who love old school orange color breaded fish fillet similar smell and texture that you have it in primary or secondary school just that alternative to having fish meat replace to plant base.

But To be brutally honest. 85% of the things on the menu doesn't exist here.. It is hard asiafied.. but!! The drinks, are actually just sparkling water mixed with fruitjuice.. so not quite like a soda. alot lighter.. but very authentic.. and ofc the meatballs aswell.. BUT!! It is never served with mash potatoes.. just regular boiled.. we also use chicken filet's isntead of wings or thighs.. Also lamb is never served either.. And the salmon slices you tried isn't smoked.. it cannot be translated to english at a correct form... The dish is actually called Buried salmon.. and it is prepared in a different way... Google it up !! Its an aqquired taste but resembles sweden like no other dish! Hey.. great video, I thoroughly enjoyed watching it!
