This is what I like about MPL PH more strategic gameplay with less score but very dominant as well.

Actually, this isn't a new rotation but the thing is; it is hard to execute and perform this against high tier players or in a very good teams like Echo and Onic ID. All ph teams know how to counter this early strat but RSG maybe or was surprise that's why they can't react very well. They're still on week 1. Games will be played and teams can adapt.
