Are you all sad? Do you wanna change? Here's what I did. Wake up early. Go to bed early. As the saying goes, "early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise" a good sleep schedule is necessary Next step. Eat healthy ok? Junk good here and there is ok. But all the time? HECK no. Eat salads, plenty of protein, etc. If you're a dude, eat foods that boost testosterone. If you're a girl, eat foods that boost estrogen. And lastly, drink milk and water. Next step. Workout. I became strong by lifting and doing leg exercises. Science says working out boosts serotonin and dopamine naturally (happy chemicals lol) DO IT! Make sure you have a good music playlist for working out to stay hyped! Next step. This really helped me too, but it isnt necessary, but it brought me out of my depression. Become religious or go to church. My religion has helped me through some of the worst times in my life. When I felt down, I knew there was a higher creator who had a plan. I took solice knowing there was an end and a goal for me. I hope all of this helps you like it helped me. I'm so much happier now. When you're happy, strong, and goal oriented, you'll never be lonely. People will admire you. Stay strong fellas. Love y'all.
