Its a very good sad movie, different from.the anime. But this one gives me the realistic part. The way Arima bid his farewell to his mother. From the way he knows the truth, from Miyazono msaid she wished they didn't meet. From she confessed to him that she didn't wat to die, to be alone and when she decided to do the operation. The piece that Arima played during the competion whuvh is his love letter to Miyazono. The moment when Miyazono granted his last wish which for them go play again together for the last time. When she stopped play]ng the violine and there are tears in her eyes while smiling eventhough she is slowly disappearing. Up to the Arima reading the letter, his emotions. They are so surreal. The emotions, the way the conveyed the story, up to the characters. You wouldn't notice that you are already crying. So dont compare the anime one to the movie. They have different way conveying the story. And I can say that the movie adaption of the anime is pretty close and didn't ruin the anime.

I should've never watched the anime as a kid. I was 12 when i first watched this and i didn't feel emotional that time because i never understood the anime. All i knew was Kaori died and gave Kousei good memories that's all. I'm 16 now and after listening to this song i just realized how painful and deep the story was. I felt emotional pain after listening to this song with tears coming down from my eyes. I am thinking of re watching the anime but i don't think i'll feel the same.

I think that out of a lot of anime live actual movies, this is one of the best ones because first of all they get straight to the point of focusing on their story not like in the anime where there are like episodes of the little girl and episodes of kousei’s rivals, no. It just focuses on their story which makes it better. I think that the music was spot on and the scenes were really good and it really makes you empathize with the movie and the ending it’s like more deeper since now you’re seeing it on an actual person. I just love this anime live action movie.
