To a true consumer of fine dining the difference between 10,000 and 30,000 sushi is much more appreciated and distinguished to their pallet. But to someone like me who isn't able to tell the difference in fresh and frozen, what season it was caught in or how it was skillfully prepared. I can appreciate your expert reasoning for the price differences. I trust your experience and knowledge. One major huge difference to me would be the experience of watching and listening to the chef. That to me is where the difference of pricing compares. It is a experience to behold. Thank you, Ikko for another great restaurant experience.
