Its so cute seeing you having fun with your kids笑 I live near Nara Park so i want to go there next week, it looks so fun! I also have ユニバ年パス but i cant ride roller coasters, so maybe ikoma amusement park is perfect for me! Thanks for sharing!

I also have hard time with roller coasters so the rides at Ikoma were just right. It was just a little scary so it was fun. I really enjoyed being with my kids and not have to worry about crowds, too, like USJ.

Greetings from Canada! We will be visiting Osaka in July and was initially planning to go to USJ (first timer), but after some research, it seems the wait time for each ride can potentially be up to 180 minutes, we decided to look for an alternative, but there's not many amusement parks near / around Osaka. They're mostly small & old. Currently consider Ikoma Sanjo Amusement Park. Seems the park is rather small judging by your video; but looks like there's hardly any queues for the rides? I think that would certainly be better than going to a huge amusement park with large crowds and only being able to experience 3-4 rides due to lengthy wait times for each. I've been to Yomiuri Land in Tokyo with my family couple of years ago and we really enjoyed it. Seems this park might be smaller with less rides than Yomiuri though Were you able to pair this with another attraction in the nearby area or did you spend the entire day there?

Aloha! Sorry for the late reply. Although, I did enjoy Ikoma Sanjo amusement park with my family, it is small but you can spend the entire day with your family. The rides are not scary so it's meant more for children and adults, like me, that don't like heights. I will be going to Osaka again next month, so I was planning to go Hirakata park in Osaka. Most of amusement parks in Japan are rather empty compared to USJ and Disneyland. Also, I'm planning to go to the Fuji-q Highland park located next to Mount Fuji which seems like it would be really fun so I would recommend that even though I haven't gone yet.

It's really not bad as most amusement parks. It's on the tame side but I liked it because it was empty but there were some moments that were 'scary' since I have a fear of heights.
