Bobby is really that guy! It's like he stepped out of a book or something. So easy-going and straightforward, very really himself even on camera like when DK asked him to help plate up he didn't worry about how he looks and was his usual self and it made sense too, he didn't want to waste. He comes off as lazy but once he starts working its perfectly done and determined throughout. And the whole napkin thing boy get out of here!!
