Love the livewell system. I think it’s a great new boat that there’s going to be no bias on towards brands and that’s really cool! You’re my favorite fisherman, if I could afford one of those. I think I would be buying one, great layout and features this far!

Can’t wait to see the rest. So far though, lots of gray innovations. Really like the focus on keeping fish alive. That’s what it’s all about in the long run. I bet that shape will push water away from the boat in front of the helm and keep you dry.

Jacob I was the guy in the boat next to you (just watching) on Champlain for your historic last 3 hours when you had that amazing run to the MLF win.... When you got pretty close to me (I was on spot lock) you finally took your eyes off your Active Target and asked me why I wasn't fishing.....(I was just being courteous as our boats were pretty close ....and enjoying the amazing show.) JW the boat looks great. I see how all that can benefit the pro anglers. But with all the advancements in technology and putting those screens on all the newest boats. The industry has priced itself out of allowing the average weekenders ability to buy boats. It would be great if we could all afford those upgrades but most of us are getting priced out. If this boat-making industry is something you are serious about. You should look at making a quality boat for the average fisherman. Best of luck this season.

@Wheeler Fishing, Boat looks amazing 👏. At first, I wasn't a fan of the curve, but after looking closer, it adds a new style that makes it stand out. The chill plate idea definitely comes from the yatch side of HCB. Are you all considering Heated steering wheel and seats along with shock absorbing seats? Good Luck this season!

Please make sure they get a removable passenger console. My wife fishes with me and when it cools off she wants that console in but as soon as it gets hot, it's coming out. I'm running a Triton now and that's one of the main reasons I bought it, not that many boats have removable consoles. Great looking boat! I'm a year away from a new one, will be looking at the Ikon.

My Z-19 held over 40 rods and reels without road rashing the reels, can't say that about my Ranger Z-520R can hold about 18 but do get reels road rash.

Seen one a few days ago. Definitely alot of interesting differences from other boat manufacturers, has alot of electronic components so batteries will be a premium. What kind of warranty will the touchscreen have and how much would it cost to replace if not covered? Look out for those flipping weights! That middle compartment is huge though! Excited to see the fully complete version at the classic.

@@jimk4267 I have indeed. The benefits still outweigh the drawbacks though. I'd love to hear Jacob give his thoughts on it. I'm really not being snarky. Carpet has a lot of drawbacks, and it's an old way of thinking for boat construction. Just look at saltwater boats, which lead the boating industry without question. No carpet anywhere, and there are good reasons for that. If HCB/Icon is rethinking the Bass boat, leaving the largest user-facing surface as carpet isn't getting it done. Just my opinion, though.
