Houses build with wood are easy to heat and maintain the heat especially in colder regions. Plus wood house is cheap and quick to build, reconstruct and renovate

You can vie for US presidency if you are born outside the US provided you're born to a US citizen. The constitution uses the term, "Naturally born citizen." That term is interpreted as a person born either to a US citizen or born in the land/territory that constitutes the US.
@daniells717 күн бұрын
If born outside the US and notify the government. If you don't and your application time expires there may be consequences.

Hakuna kenyan diaspora wako manufacturing huko wenye wamelearn manufacturing and can pull some capital? I think hii stori ya kubuy mashamba as the only investment we know should stop, it is driving land prices so high due to high demand. If diaspora can go into manufacturing wenye wako na knowledge na capital, should put up factories in Kenya. It can help create jobs for the youths too.
@francisnduati93411 күн бұрын
Manufacturing ni hard bana because of logistics and thin margins. It is possible to setup in developing nation like Kenya, labor is cheap and people are educated, but the political climate needs to be reliable and predictable because they interrupt with logistics sana sana

When I left Africa for the 1st time I flew out of Entebbe. Ascending looking down in the late afternoon the rusted roofs the building really looked poor from above. We arrived early morning in Geneva it really looked beautiful. The greenery against against very nice houses. The trip ended in in Dulles airport in Washington DC. It was really breath taking. The lawns the roads the house with shingles that was really beautiful. It looked like an artist 🎨 impression. So unreal.

As long as one is born in a US territory or missions abroad, like US military bases or consulates, you are considered a citizen by birth. That issue came up when Senator John McCain ran for president.
@MelanatedQueen25411 күн бұрын
Kenyan laws and bylaws are aimed to restrict and censor. Developed countries have laws that encourage development and income generation, within legal parameters of course. @Mwafrika remembered your "Iko Nini" about William Kabogo and what he intends to do in and with the IT space?

The issue of vegetation is colonial. Europeans built eastlands with no provision for trees. The western part of Nairobi has trees. When you are brought up in eastlands the idea of vegetation will never occur to you. And that goes your Sakaja!

Its only in Kenya that ordinary citizens suffer from the big man syndrome. Eti, Tyler Perry or Steve Harvey should have shown some subservience to Kasongo's presence. No way. In advanced democracies, ordinary citizens expect public servants like politicians etc to serve them not the other way round. What has Tyler Perry or Steve Harvey got to gain by giving Kasongo & co. 2hrs of their time? nothing. These two are already self-made men in their own right. They owe Kasongo and co. nothing. Just co he is a president of a country doesn't mean they should sacrifice their time to come running to his bidding. Kenyan politicians need to understand this. In America, time is money. Even 30mins to attend to a president has to be weighed against other important things. (in Steve Harvey's case, his Tv show was more important than spending more time with Kasongo. He gets nothing from Kasongo, but the TV show is his creation) for Tyler Perry's absense, most likely he was pursuing a big movie deal in Hollywood. Cant risk loosing that for Kasongo.
