Ohhh my God, 🙆 I still remember this man was the main brain behind the coming of Livingstone University campus in Uganda and being in particular in mbale but later it was relocated to Budaka district in Kamonkoli town council. Still remembered for the pivotal role he played in restoring Peace and unity among the Bagwere,Bagisu and Banyole boundary tribal clashes over the wetland and boundary. The this big question on my heart, 🙆 who is going to fit in the large shoes of this man???🙆 described as developmental, peace loving and unifying factor of tribes and Ugandans at large.????? RIP😭😭😭 BABA IKUMBANIA 🙏🙏🙏
