No, that was a LaGG-3, not a MiG-3. Also Wolfpack’s career is in the Battle of Moscow, 1941-42, while Taff is in the Battle of Stalingrad, 1942-43, a year later.

Taff, I still think you should do a few sorties with the heavier caliber weapons. Less ammo, yes, however that might help with trigger discipline. I feel like you should’ve had at least 2-3 kills that mission but, those peashooters aren’t doing you justice. Save the brownings for the British campaigns.

If only they fixed the AI combat tactics. 109's doing steep turns in battle is just so ridiculous.

Can confirm they still do this. But they also have 109s that fly more properly so I think its a programmed skill setting, where the rookies tend to fight as if they're flying hurricanes (they stay horizontal, tend to love rolling scissors and have pretty terrible deflection shooting skills.) while the experienced ones are too deadly to even notice them. They dive in from up top, shoot a short and accurate burst and they're gone before you can even hope to dodge or retaliate. It's a good mix but it can be a bit frustrating due to the unpredictability of the bounces. I also have a sneaking suspicion neither of the popular IL2 Career playing youtubers adjust the campaign difficulty so they're always kept on the easiest setting which greatly increases the number of rookie enemies. When I tried to do the same campaign as Wolfpak's BoM/S campaign I was dead before the phase even changed, twice in a row. (This was with the difficulty set to maximum)

17:30 i don't like how you consistently keep doing that. Where is AA on the base? Interceptors? Anything? I get it is possible to dive into enemy territory, but you keep doing that, and keep getting away with that too casually.

Annoying and scary from your point of view for you to have wingman taking a pop... I think it's: encouraging that they're being more aggressive.
