What makes Capitano the most interesting harbinger for me is the fact that,despite being on the opposite enemy side,he's still this righteous and chivalrous man. He's courteous to Varka and his whole squad,and even offered his aid to them. I also think that he's a morally grey character,neither evil nor good. Surely he sides with the Fatui because of his own ideals/goals, but I'm sure that he respects the beliefs of those who are different from his and would not hesitate to recognize them if he ever sees their point. Perhaps if he also becomes convinced that the other party actually makes sense, he won't hesitate in admitting a flaw in his own judgement (Maybe by the end of his story arc, this is how we'll get him to our side?or get him to support us). He gives me this vibes of someone who honors his enemies,respects,and never underestimates them no matter who they are. But that's also what makes him so threatening/ powerful,that even his foes can't help but admire and respect him. Truly an interesting fellow, I can't wait to meet him.

Bruh i truly hope that the rest of the harbingers don't get the Scaramouche treatment. They're some of the best villains in any media I've seen, since their entire organization can be summed up as "better to reign in hell than to serve in heaven" and that they were essentially born out of a tragedy, that being the Khaenriah Cataclysm. Not all villains need to have a "redemption arc" for them to be good villains, nor does a character in general need to have a sobstory for them to be considered good characters. But knowing that genshin is a gacha game, I'm pretty certain that another harbinger is going to get the scara treatment, but I just hope it won't be the top 3 harbingers, Arleccino, and Capitano. Especially Pierro since the guy's seen and knows far too much about Celestia and Teyvat's secrets for him to suddenly turn into a new leaf.

He was always described as the first of Fatuus or first Harbinger, yes, but never as *No. 1 of 11th Harbingers*. And they always referred to him as "Director". The Harbingers are loosely based on Commedia Dell'arte plays and the way Pierro talks is as if he's the director not an actor in the play. They always had it a bit vague. And lastly, there are leaks about Capitano and Arle being no. 1 and no. 4.

Capitano, walking slow but resolute --- the chilling breezes of Snezhnaya's eternal winter doesn't faze him. Fluttering his long dark mane as if he was a black lion. His steps crunch the snow beneath his foots, and behind, his army of Fatui soldiers. Walking on synch, faces hidden by their mask, yet their march exude discipline, sharpened by harsh training. Moving as shadow, trailing behind their leader.

Capitano kinda reminds me of another character that being Arianrhod/Lianne St Sandlot/The Steel Maiden is that both join an organization that are the antagonist faction Capitano with the Fatui and Arianrhod with Ouroborous and both are strong mortals who both are chivalrous and honorable who joined their respective organizations because they think what they're doing is for good Arianrhod to eliminate the darkness that plagues Erebonia and Capitano if he is the Bloodstained Knight he saw the injustice of what happened to Khaenri'ah by Celestia

I love the percussion and brass, so reminiscent of a marching section. Very fotting for who is essentially the military leader. On the subject of the brass, interesting twist on the Harbinger Leitmotif. Not only you were actually able to integrate it (which is more I could say about other fan composers making Harbinger boss music) but how it was broken down at the end gives it such a unique spin that we pretty much relive how we first heard it on Childe.

I’ve been listening to this for the last, like, hour or so just on repeat. It’s so good, I think it’s my favorite fan-rendition of this particular Harbinger’s theme so far. It’s repetitive but in an _extremely_ good way with the steady, catchy beat, the decision to use a military march sort of anthem is very excellent. The choir especially has my heart in a vice. There’s such a feeling of…utter focus, I think is the best way to describe it? Like it’s nothing super crazy or complex in melody, but you’ve nailed the sense of going up against a Lawful Evil, honorable-but-will-tear-out-your-spine-with-his-bare-hands-because-that-was-his-order powerhouse of a man to a T. Also, the electric guitar underneath everything is awesome. Until HoyoMix comes out with the official theme for Capitano, this version will be his song for me. Very well done! 🖤🖤🖤

The choir is telling us about his sharp wits and tales - A living legend, standing right in front of us. The trumpet is reminding of what he is - A fatui harbinger, a fruit of the same tree. The entire song gives me this vibe: We are in Natlan. We challenge Capitano to a fight in a massive ring on the foot of a volcano. People of Natlan are screaming our names, as if we are gladiators, fighting until our last breath. Capitano is tearing off his clothes (NO IM NOT HOR-) and roars into the red sky. The battle begins.

i feel like because of his height looks about the same as a tall male character, i am assuming hes gonna be playable. i suspected signora wasnt gonna be playable from the beggining all the way in 1.2 because she was simply too tall to be, and it was obvius she had death flags all over her

Nice work!!!! This is really good. Really really makes me think of a fearless, immovable charcter. A brilliant warrior. I'd say this is perfect for a starting phase and with the same rhyme but a harder drop and more intense vocals and piano It'd make a great 2nd phase, in my opinion. Keep up the good stuff!

See I'm conflicted, I really don't think Columbina will be playable (mainly because of her secret boss like nature), so out of all the Harbingers left there's only Capitano left and MAYBE Sandrone who are still morally neutral and not scums of the earth. Added bonus to Capitano because he wields a greatsword, which is a weapon type for playable characters. As opposed to Sandrone who seems like she would rely on machines, and that's not in the cards for playable right now.
