Gianluca is very humble. He has changed into an amazing person in the past year. I see it the most in him. I believe him when he says the most important thing is to be humble. I really love how Gianluca answered that last question. It shows how mature he is. The others say that they are humble, and they can be, but they have their moments.

Very nice interview...thank you for sharing this. They are top notch singers and such genuine human beings. My respect and admiration goes out to them and to their parents for the wonderful job they did in raising them! I think they must have been surrounded by love and nuturing parents and grandparents which is truly a blessing. I pray they continue on their "flight", stay safe and be happy in their careers! This is a great interview with Il Volo. My sympathy to you, Gianluca, on the loss of your Grandma. Dedicating your career to your grandparents is a wonderfully heartfelt thought. Lovely interview! Names though seem to be unknown to Piero and Ignazio. Roberto Cenci for one - the producer of the competition show in Italy. It also would be nice to mention - talking about this competition - that Gianluca won the competition. It really would look great, accepted by 'the brothers'.

These kids have been together for three years now and it has been stated a number of times that GianLuca won the contest, including during the PBS special. At some point they have to move on. In addition, they all have equally great voices, and singing shows are not based exclusively on talent. In the ten years that Idol has been on it has only produced 3 superstars. GianLuca won the contest, but a professional would have been hard pressed to pick one over the other of the three boys.
