Hi Princy, it’s something new. I’ve always made it with red pongal rice. Pongal rice takes slightly longer and the chicken is added after the rice is slightly boiled. Tried roast paan today from your video. Came out really well. Vakeesan’s favourite ! 👌😋😋❤️
