Ingredients:
White Rice-3/4 Cup Or 160 Grams
soaked the rice for 1 1/2 Hours & drained the water
Chana dal-1 1/2 Cup Or 315 Grams
10 Dried Chili Soaked in water for 30 minutes
Small Shallots-1 Or 11 Grams
Fennel Seeds-1 Tsp
Ginger-2 Or 5 Grams
Small Green Chili-5
Curry Leaves Sprigs-1
Water-1 Tbsp.
Chili Flakes-1/2 Tbsp.
Salt-1 Tsp
add the 3/4 Cup of Rice Flour
