This song can be sang in two such a different ways; a delicate, soft version, which would be considered as the "original", and then this powerful, bursting way; way of screaming your heart out, showing the pain and what it means to you. I think this lady, whoever she is, does it very well. I know, we all miss Lisa, and I think she's an angel as well, but hey. She's gone, and we need to move from delicate crimes to powerful crimes. That's life.

Recording on this version is fantastic. You can actually hear the echo in the background. This is quite rare. Either the sound engineer is a genious or Damien demanded it this way. I'm listening on the lousy youtube and it sounds like a studio master

This version does indeed sound very improvised , like she didn't know the song ending (or what to sing after her first verse). From that point they both thought "Oh well, let's just sing something from the song".

she's good but lisa is unrivaled. Lisa has that vulnerability in her voice when she sings that it's almost like she's completely naked and in that moment you could kill her. This version is nowhere near as close to the original song or anything that features lisa anyway.

SharpWalkers She might be good, fair enough, but I'm not sure she does the song justice to be honest, though it is a personal opinion. I think the song is very sad and dramatic and she sings it in such an angry way that does not really suit the whole atmosphere and lyrics. Plus it's plain to see that he deliberately picked someone with a voice very similar to Lisa's. I am aware of the fact that I'm being quite picky here about this anyway. lol

@katsarolas4 'Damien is not singing as he should be' - he can sing it how he likes its his song, artists often perform diffrent ways. 1. so they can keep the song fresh and different 2. how would you like playing the same song exactly the same thousands of times, it would be very tedious, another reason why it isnt the same this isnt my fav version of the song but without a doubt it was a great performance, his voice is so right for the style and his guitar is lush, brilliant earthy sound!
