Try jeera ilish, you will be mesmerized..only mustered oil , nigella seed ( kaloo ,jeera ), white jeera (grounded on baton stone = shil nora ) , shukno loonka optional, green chili past or half cut must ...first mustered oil ,then pinch of whole kaloo jeera, the shukno loonka & kacha loonka then grounded jeera ,mix well and thereafter fish, pre fried or raw..and then wait for the taste of haven..oops salt and tarmaric as per your taste ❤
