Ilias Iliadis spiega il suo metodo per poter eseguire O-goshi con un avversario in guardia sinistra.
In principio viene eseguito un O-tsuri-goshi, il suo braccio destro afferra la cintura passando sopra la spalla sinistra di uke.
Poi viene eseguito un Ko-tsuri-goshi, infatti afferra la cintura con la mano destra passando sotto il braccio sinistro di uke.
Infine effettua un O-goshi poiché durante lo shiai non è permessa la presa in cintura per troppo tempo.
