I can tell the creator has studied the way the real life things move and work (like the milk, even the way the fish was filleted) to make this accurate when they want it to be. This level of craftsmanship is hard to come by now and I truly appreciate it.

Counting the studs, the body is 92 across + 26 for the head + 34 for the tail. This makes the salmon 152 studs. However, adding the length of the hinges between the tail and head adds an extra 4 stud lengths. This makes the salmon 156 studs or 1.248m long. An image search of different salmon show this is a near perfect match to Chinook Salmon. Chinook salmon are the largest of the family getting up to 1.5m long and 54.4kg. The salmon shown in this video is accurate both in size and appearance. Nice job! Correction: The Atlantic Salmon appears a closer match, especially matching the blue stripe on the bottom. Edit: Time to step up, this is in the top few comments now. Let’s do the roast too. The meat is 44 studs in height and 24 studs plus 8 bricks in diameter. Since this is a cylinder, its volume is radius squared times pi and height. With 44 studs being 44*8 (length of 1x1 plate in mm) and height being (24*8)+(8*9.6) (height of Lego brick) giving a height of 35.2cm and a radius of 13.44cm. Using the volume of a cylinder shows there is 19,975.197 cm^3 of meat or 19.97 Liters. That’s how much meat you can get from 15 4.2lb chickens. However, this is bone-in, so we need to subtract the bone. Using a formula of a hollow cylinder to subtract the bone, we find there’s actually 19.69 (nice) Liters or 14.9 4.2lb chickens. However, he only eats a small piece with a height of 4 studs, he has a piece of meat 1.79L in volume, or 1.33 4.2lb chickens. He’s also having coffee, a fried egg, toast, and two slices of bacon. Edit 2: To @Kate B, sure. I’ll do calories of the BBQ. The entire meat on the spit is mono color so I have to assume it’s all meat. Since meat has a variable density based on fat content and animal origin, I can’t perfectly determine the weight of the meat, so I’ll just assume it’s 97% lean beef. Using aqua-calc and their infuriating lack of density of 97%, I had to settle with 90-94% giving a response of 915.36g/L which multiplies to 1.64kg and is worth 3,309.76 Calories. Moving on to the bacon, he has two diagonal slices. We can divide each slice into equal 2x2x1.33 parts to simplify the math. With the top bacon having 58 and the bottom having 51 parts adding to 109, multiplying by the volume of each part, to get 3.2768cm^3 per and 357.17cm^3 in total. Multiply by density to get 339.6825 (so close) grams. Use an internet converter (or multiply by 5.04) to get that the bacon is 1,836 Calories. The bread is simplest. The butter burns off so we don’t count it and the dimensions are clearly shown: 20x14x1.66 (+ 8x1x1.66 for extending part). Getting 286.72cm^3 + 8.192cm^3 for the extended with a total of 294.912cm^3. Density of .2g/cm^3 makes the bread 58.9824g and 2.59Cal/g for wheat toast and you get 152.76 Calories. For the egg, let’s assume 1 large egg of 74 Calories. Lastly, the coffee. For this, we can’t count the volume of coffee, so we’ll have to estimate a 16 fluid oz mug of coffee. Since they have black coffee, it’s 5 Calories. Adding it all together, this breakfast is 3309.76+1836+152.76+74+5= 5,377.52 Calories. I also made a similar comment finding calories of Oversimplified’s Prohibition video. Check it out! Thanks for reading all of this.

I mean, the fish was still “alive“, and he butchered it. Afaik you have to stab behind the gills, which he did. He did not show removing the guts, which I assume he did because it would be hella complicated with Lego to do ^^ So if I am correct in assuming you didn’t like that part, I guess you can consider yourself fortunate that there were no guts ^^ Though in my personal opinion, anyone who eats meat or fish should at least be aware and ok with a (respectful, none of that stupid, unnecessary suffering) butchering. It is a living being after all.
