কেবল আপনিই 5 star buffet review করেন কিন্তু বার বার 3 টে হোটেলের ভিডিও পাওয়া যায়।তাই এই 3 টে ছাড়া কলকাতার অন্য 5 star buffet like Hyatt regency , Shamiana (Taj) , 363 (Oberoi Grand) or others review পেলে ভাল হত। Best wishes for you

So clearly you seem to be overawed by the total package…floored by price and the psychological justification of a good dish as an after thought….By your own admission since you had set the bar really high, and you are seemingly a no non sense blogger, did it cross the bar on the price perceived value equation…or as they say an experience for once if you want it as a badge of having arrived in life😊

One must understand couple of things First, what you have so eloquently stated That’s largely from the perspective of the consumer However we must also possess enough perspicacity to understand what the restaurant is trying to achieve After all Aaheli is the first establishment in India to offer a fine dining experience in Bengali cuisine It is also housed in a 4 star property The recipes are actually authentic They don’t compromise on the quality of their ingredients either and I know this because a lot of my friends and relatives have given me such feedback over the last couple of decades The utensils they use are spotless and same can be said about the behaviour of their staff They do all of these to maintain a brand equity that they have consciously created over the last 30 years They know they are the pioneer and one of the first names to come to one’s mind when fine dining Bengali cuisine is considered as they are one of the best Now Branding is what separates the great ones from the good ones and they have cleverly played on the snob factor that people have Their prices are approximately double than their closest competitors and they know this because that’s what they are trying to sell Come to us if you are an achiever and successful in life because we and only we can give you the ultimate fine dining experience in Bengali cuisine that money can buy in Kolkata I have done my MBA in Marketing and Branding was one of the areas that intrigued me the most and I totally understand and appreciate what Aaheli is doing But yeah from an average customer’s financial perspective it really hits you hard Hope you have enough time to read this lengthy post Appreciate your time Cheers

@@ujjwalsaha5508 Taj is a total experience comprising stay, food and ambience….a high star rating leads to super normal pricing…In India this kind of pricing has no rationale …except psychological pricing …only suited for people with high disposable income and corporate spenders
