[ILL RECORD] Unnerfed The Hell Zone 26% + 40%-92%

Haven't quite left GD yet, I got bored and decided to pick a random ILL level to go for and the most logical one was The Hell Zone that Cyclic released. This level is unique in which 240hz completions are not possible as there are multiple frame perfects stacked on top of each other making a 0% run basically impossible, still physically possible but not humanly impossible. To solve this you need to lower the refresh rate, 60hz seemed like a solution but 144hz is the best way to go in my opinion as you have the least input delays and have smooth gameplay, it makes both 2% and 24% doable. So you can expect me to beat this soon, not sure if before 2.2 though.

2% felt hard but that was me being dumb since it matches the rated version, 24% is actually hard due to how chokey it is going all the way up to 40%, and the final 2 ship parts could be hard.

koreaqwers ball timings are the only significant ones, the other ones dont rly differ from the new version imo

ball at 24 has extra mini spikes, a half spike at 39 is replace with a full spike, the last 2 ship parts have tighter gaps, a small spike at 34 is replaced with a big spike to make that timing ridiculous, and the 41 pad jump is actually nerfed on this version
