Wow it's interesting to 'hear' a guy's perspective..and refreshing to see that there are still some who think a bit deeper..I have found myself in this kind of situation years ago, in high school and it took me a while to realize how silly I'd been and what a great person I'd lost..I suffered terribly and regretted my actions, but one only learns from mistakes and through life experience and I wouldn't be the person I am today without the past experiences.

That's a good question!!! :))) I've been having these strong feelings for this guy for years and years, nothing ever happened, and in the end... I understood that the two uf us are different worlds anyway, so even if we got together, that would never work out! So cheer up, sometimes it's the best the things are just the way they are! And unrequitted love can be a great inspiration for a beautful song - like this one!!! :))))

Something about this song? Norah,s voice?? Can't really put my finger on it but. I thought, it's Linda Ronstadt Blue Bayou, only even better. Like a fine aged wine. Heck, Norah does alot of cover's. She should cover that tune, Blue Bayou--- if she hasent already. (Time to see if she has) Norah Jones-I can't find the words to say just how incredibly great she sings and plays. Angelic

It's just so damn painful to be "him", when my girlfriend of seven years left me for another man because she just didn't love me anymore I knew I will never - can never stop loving her with all my heart. Losing that perfect soul for messing up is one thing - but when you tried to do everything right yet there's nothing you could've done to make a difference, there's noone to be mad at except maybe life itself, just emptyness and a chill that won't leave in the sun of midsummer

I love Norah Jones. She's done songs both both Seth MacFarlane Ted movies and this was a Patsy Cline song before..come to think of it, the song that Amanda Seyfried sings in Ted 2 which Norah also sings at the end of the end credits (the token original, "Mean Ol' Moon"), is soimewhat Patsy Cline like. Norah had a major role in 2012's original "ted" movie, singing the open (another original, both these by Set MacFarlane and his usual music director, 1976 "Fifth of beethoven" Walter Murphy, "Everybody's Best Friend"(forgot title)), singing it Ann-Margret like..She appeares in "ted" as well but not in "ted 2"(sic).
