While the #NHLJets on-ice activities have concluded for the season, the off-ice chatter regarding what's to come for the team is just heating up! We will spend two hours reflecting on the 2023-24 campaign and looking ahead to what should be a busy summer ahead.

If Bones is brought back, I'm 100% certain that Ehlers is gone. Bones continues to misuse him, and it seems a different set of rules applies when it comes to the inconsistency between Ehlers and Connor. Ehlers shows inconsistenct, and he's demoted. Kyle Connor shows inconsistency and is gliding and not backchecking, nothing happens. Same goes for Scheifele. That is bound to create a schism and Ehlers needs to play for a coach that is fair.

I like Ehlers but he's 100% trade bait, by this point in his career you know exactly what he is, one of the faster players in the league w the puck but a very streaky player when it comes to scoring!! When he's not scoring and looking fantastic he tries to do to much and attempts to make very stupid seam passes creating odd man rushes the other way!! Again nice guy but for me he's out for a top pairing RHD!!!

Ehlers, during the Jets’: - latest playoff series, had 2 points, both assists, and was a -4 over 5 games played - 2023 series, went pointless, with a 0 +/-, in the only game he had played - 2021 series against the: - Habs, had an assist and, over 4 games, was also a -5 - Oilers, scored twice and over 2 games was also a 0 +/- Ehlers sure hasn’t been a post-2020 playoff performer and aside from the 2021 Jets-Oilers playoff series, hasn’t scored. Maybe a change of scenery is what he needs after not great playoff performances.

Chevy and Bones need to go. Chevy has had 13 seasons and the team has just 3 playoff series wins. The front office needs a new set of eyes that can assemble a roster that is built for the playoffs and is not worried about making tough moves. Bowness is a good guy, but he is too stubborn to make changes, even when it's glaringly apparent. Connor and Scheifele DO NOT WORK. It was apparent when Connor came back from injury, but he kept them together for over two months. And constantly playing Pionk, when he's been a defensive liability and not playing Miller over Stanley made no sense.

Yeah OK Kenny Ehlers has the highest trade value? lol the guy that would have the highest trade value amongst the players that should be considered is Kyle “75 foot game” Connor. GTFO with that floater.
