Idea: You know how funeral processions get special treatment on the roads? I bet that could be useful to transport certain substances around town, or kidnap/relocate people. Do the funeral processions have a speed limit? Can they all be drift cars?

Funeral Procession Staff can high on their own "police & Security" to lead and carry the convoy. They still have to abide by traffic laws but have a pass through intersections safely but through a red/yellow light. You can have any sort of "Escort and Follow car" it can be a motorcycle, sports, drift etc. As long as it is street legal.. There is a bunch of rules and procedures that go into it but for a scene like you are talkin, I love the failed attempts of realism but also having some sort of legitimacy as well. Illegal mods escorting the convoy, hearse full of dope and guns or whatever, is a great idea.
