I had an inspection failed due to roaches. After work on the roof, wood roof, 1969 building. Voucher terminated immediately. Falsified documents. Also, the lease 29:04 began in January, on July 6th I received an electric bill Final Notice for $725.I believe Liheap is in fraudulent activity with the PHA. Elderly disabled CoC, PSH, no supportive services ever. Wanted to get out after the first year but no funds. In a wheelchair, elevator has not worked for over 3 weeks

She gave me 3 days and I have quite a few things I left and came back all my things have been thrown in the big dumpster and she also threatened to give me a trespassing I have to get out today and she only told me this about 4 days ago please help me

I was at home in Donna Anna New Mexico and there was 7 or 8 cops saying I was not suppose two be there I never was served a eviction and there is not any in the court house.

Okay what if you had a oral agreement with the tenant that's on the lease like my boyfriend I paid half the rent for 4 months I have a key fob but left my new apartment door key inside the apartment cause it was so new I havent yet got a chance to put it on my keychain well he unexpectedly died last week and now the management is not letting me get any of my belongings and has treated me with the up most disrespect I'm now not aloud in the property my name was on the mailbox I got a lot of mail there multiple packages and still been getting packages there that there not letting me get what should I do

ae you tried going to the police? Whether ot not you are legally allowed to live there, if you have proof that property belongs to you, no one has the right to keep it.

If I’m on a lease and my intention is to break the lease, I’m current on my rent and they give me a notice of lockout, because my intention is to break the lease, my next steps would be writ of re entry?

Yes what if they already gave you a judgment and the sheriff gave you a lockout and you are disabled and a victim of spousal abuse

I honestly can’t believe that someone living in your apartment, can stop paying rent and the owner of the apartment has to pay lawyer fees, court fees just to get rid of a person who refuses to pay. Where is the justice

If they didn’t ask for the key. And because they lost it. It’s not illegal. The LL is not a mind reader. Tenants don’t bring up any problems when they know they can’t pay theur rent. Period.

Missed one quart day because they kept promoting it off I thought it was on the 11th it happened on the 3rd next thing I know I'm getting served by the sheriff I plan on counseling for wrongful eviction wrong with harassment which I have evidence of
