I had an inspection failed due to roaches. After work on the roof, wood roof, 1969 building. Voucher terminated immediately. Falsified documents. Also, the lease 29:04 began in January, on July 6th I received an electric bill Final Notice for $725.I believe Liheap is in fraudulent activity with the PHA. Elderly disabled CoC, PSH, no supportive services ever. Wanted to get out after the first year but no funds. In a wheelchair, elevator has not worked for over 3 weeks

I was at home in Donna Anna New Mexico and there was 7 or 8 cops saying I was not suppose two be there I never was served a eviction and there is not any in the court house.

Having a huge issue (Nyc Landlord) What to do if renting a room and the landlord and his friends constantly enter the apartment, and they put a bed in the foyer, kitchen, and added a door and locks to the kitchen. And has more recently locked you out of not only room rented but the apartment as a whole, and you know they went through and stole some and threw out all personal belongings. And have now also potentially put a new person(tennant) into the bedroom you had rented for almost a year. How are damages brought up and calculated. How can my fiance and I recoup either the stolen items and / or be paid back for thrown out items. Plus, sentimental belongings, as we'll, how can a monetary value be given to such items. Thank you.

I honestly can’t believe that someone living in your apartment, can stop paying rent and the owner of the apartment has to pay lawyer fees, court fees just to get rid of a person who refuses to pay. Where is the justice

Okay what if you had a oral agreement with the tenant that's on the lease like my boyfriend I paid half the rent for 4 months I have a key fob but left my new apartment door key inside the apartment cause it was so new I havent yet got a chance to put it on my keychain well he unexpectedly died last week and now the management is not letting me get any of my belongings and has treated me with the up most disrespect I'm now not aloud in the property my name was on the mailbox I got a lot of mail there multiple packages and still been getting packages there that there not letting me get what should I do

ae you tried going to the police? Whether ot not you are legally allowed to live there, if you have proof that property belongs to you, no one has the right to keep it.

Yes what if they already gave you a judgment and the sheriff gave you a lockout and you are disabled and a victim of spousal abuse

The probate is not over on my mother's home I'm the person rep for my mom I should have right two be there the nurse told me to take a list of her assets the same day I was locked out electric was shot off

If they didn’t ask for the key. And because they lost it. It’s not illegal. The LL is not a mind reader. Tenants don’t bring up any problems when they know they can’t pay theur rent. Period.
