Someone is being accused of not delivering cars... but has the person been paid? Has he been given a deposit? He was dodging the questions. If I'm a business person, I'm not releasing my cars without some upfront payment and a contract in place. Especially to a municipality which may not even the have money to pay me. 100 cars??? No chance guys. Promises won't pay the finance on those cars, the insurance, the wages of my staff, etc.
