Sure, interrupt a serious man making a serious point with some quibble about procedure. They are good at that. In other instances they will diminish the impact of what someone is saying by responding dismissively, and to well thought out impassionately delivered speeches. It’s almost as if they really don’t understand what is important and what is not. Not sure that anyone will understand what I am saying but it is actually kind of horrifying to watch.
