Every prank is real and unscripted, nothing has changed. There are some real-life 'pranksters' on youtube who clearly fake/script at least some of their content, but that shouldn't make you unnecessarily skeptical of these videos. Prank calls are totally different, there's really no need to script/fake something when improv-based reactions are so much better. If a prank concept fails, I can always just try it out with someone else.
