On the oblivion ex, I generally agree with the notion that having options is good however those options will only go so far if the game was actually designed with them in mind. Primary reason why difficulty selections are a heated debate in souls games since changing to an "easy mode" would require the game to be rebuild from ground up.

Established Titles is meant to be you buying a plot of land so they can then plant a tree. In return, they send you a "Title" to thank you for the purchase. One Guy Scott Shafer accused them of being fraudulent, so far as I can find all the "controversy" was just them spreading misinformation because of the Title not being legitimate. Despite the fact nobody ever claimed that it was a legitimate Title, it's been stated as a novelty item since Day one.

@MarkoDash 30 second Google search and I can tell you that nobody Tracked anything, the investment firm that owns Established Titles is located in Hong Kong sure. But guess what they're also in the UK doing what they said they're doing. Planting trees on a plot of land that you bought, and gave you a novelty item under the Technicality of "hey people that own land in Scotland are called Lords or Ladies" never in my entire life have I heard them state that the Title was Legitimate. Scott Shafer started this, I personally don't care about it because it's just a piece of paper they gift you after helping them plant a damn tree. What you should be looking into if this is genuinely a scam, is are they actually planting the Trees in the TWO locations they have in the UK. Outside of that so what? Their money goes to Hong Kong why should I care?
