I drove 2 hours in a snowstorm to Madison WI.....to the best show I have ever seen. It was amazing....but not in a good place in my life....and yet....at the end of the evening I had the biggest smile on my face.... I felt a joy that I haven't felt in a long time....heck I am smiling now just remembering it

Never seen him live because European, but listening to the genre of music he had so much influence in made me escape reality when I needed it and turned my life around. Because this music is so different from what people like here I became more distant, but I met new people and my life went from being bullied to being appreciated. Illenium had such a big part in that, and I haven't even met him once. It's unbelievable, I even finally got my first jersey because a friend of mine was in the US so I didn't need to pay 80$ import!

Idk how many times i have given people some sort of Illenium song. and sometimes it's just for the person im dating cause it fits so well with the situation. cause i sometimes may mess up on words but music is universal and i really love the music. i may have came a bit later on in the scene a couple years after he had started but i fell in love with the music and sometimes just use it to relieve my stress

I’ve seen Nick 15 times first dating back to 2017 in Baltimore. He was so moving and he showed a lot of passion through his music. I connected to his music in such a way that I can certainly say I would not be alive and breathing if it I didn’t discover him. The community that came with discovering his music .. I cannot even describe with sufficient words. The only word that comes to mind is absolutely beautiful. I can’t wait till we pull through this pandemic , and I can stand in a crowd surrounded by people with jerseys arm in arm. Shouting lyrics with tears in our eyes. With no cares and supreme bliss in our hearts. I love you Nick . Keep being you . Thank you for everything.

I couldn't get to the tour cause I'm a teen from halfway round the world. But I got the feeling of having a second family everytime I see this video... I never knew there could ever be someone who’s so good in the craft they do... Illeniums songs are so well produced and mixed and mastered... He’s just mastering every genre... let it be dubstep or future bass or melodic dubstep... He’s killing it everywhere... I’m very sad that people don’t know about this musical genius.... The EDM industry still considers guys like Martin Garrix to be the number 1 but all this songs are is just a saw patch with kickstart... But illeniums songs are so much more with respect to emotion and the whole vibe and the balance.... I’ve heard lots of future bass where there’s just way too much high end and it doesn’t sound good but illeniums Lonely is one of the best songs I’ve ever heard... the drop is so well produced!!! Illenium is one of that artists, who show you, that it is okay not to be okay. And that is what creates such an amazing community. Because people don't judge you if you do mistakes or fail in anything. But I would say that there is no artist out there, who would say that their community is normal. They are all kinda amazing in their special way, but Illenium is definitely one of the people who ran trough a lot of shit in life, so he knows what he writes about. And that is what counts for me, that the artist let out what they think about life, depression or other problems. So that's why I fell in love with Illeniums music, also because he is so talanted in doing beats, drops or beautiful melodies that fit so perfectly into the mood...

honestly going to that show was my first real experience listening to illenium (which is kind of sad ik) but after that my life has changed. i’ve always wanted to produce music since i was young, but never had the motivation for it. ever since i started listening to illenium it opened a door for me. i’ve started taking piano lessons as a start and my parents even got me a software! i actually found something i like doing and if it weren’t for nick i would’ve never learned that. i’m so excited to start my journey and make new friends along the way, i just hope that one day i can make it big as well. thank you.
