(1) Absolutely fantastic that Mike has joined the team. He is top notch. (2) Appreciate the comments re: Shannon from Goodman. The approach makes sense, and put the failure point in the right place generically - with law enforcement. Hopefully the increased activism in that sector won’t make exceptional cases like TJ’s more of the norm…

I give La Tulip an A- for his first show. And he got the Illini A- rating right, imo. Thanks to Goodman for his thoughts on Coleman. He also nailed it with Terrance. He's really a good, hard working kid. He showed extraordinairy mental toughness this past season. The TWolves got a steal.

Mike LaTulip is very good.. but Jeff Goodman is hard for me to listen to. I shut this video off after he said Tre White from USC and Carey Booth from Penn St. 🙄 yeah, I know White started at USC, but came to Illinois directly from Louisville. Also, pretty sure Booth came from Notre Dame 😏 Maybe I'll try to listen to this later, but i only made it 2 1/2 minutes this time. Happy for Mike, though. Great addition to Field of 68

Not being a hater, but just being honest Illinois was not that good. Yes everyone got beat by double digits against UConn but Illinois got flat out embarrassed, with a good roster. Only reason they made elite 8 is because Mark Pope couldn’t beat Duquesne, they had an easy road, and Brad Underwood may make one more Elite 8 but that’s all he has

You’re making a general statement by criticizing them for losing to one of the most dominant national champions of recent times. @@claytonhall989 they were obviously good, but so was the Ayo Dosumno and Cockburn teams, how did that go in the tourney? IMO Brad Underwood got absolutely bailed out bc they got Duquesne round 2 and a inexperienced Otzelberger in the sweet 16, I think if it was the same roster this season and Otz another year of experience Iowa State knocks out Illinois in sweet 16. Illinois deserves a better coach I don’t hate Illinois I do think Underwoord is pretty mediocre tho, and he will underperform with this team in the tourney
