The fact that the ILLIT members account (that they do all have access to btw) followed a fan account almost certainly means nothing. I doubt they look through an account’s entire post history before following. It was stupid to call out ILLIT for copying in the first place though anyway, the whole industry does it and that’s fine. It’s called taking inspiration, which is the foundation of all art. Literal copying is very different. You don’t own a dance move or a type of sound or a style. Tge acc is an illit stan who was defending illit fron new jeans stans. Whoever manages the acc probably followed cys they are an illit stan or was an accidental follow. New jeans was heavily influenced by 1st generation korean groups like S.E.S and FinkL from the early and mid 90s. They didn’t copy a mexican group. That type of font and print colors were common in the 90s. Y’all really being desperate now.
