Judging the homeless man because he looked like a truly poor guy was the senior Realtor's mistake, rookie Marty knew better than to judge. Cassandra, blinded by Gustavo's wealthy persona, was such a horrible person, how the rookie could stand her was beyond measure. Being rude and apathetic was the meanest method used, Cassandra will be in trouble if rookie rats her out to her bosses, she is too mean!!! The supposed homeless man, Jackson, will be showing a different vibe, when Jackson shows with a briefcase full of cash!!! By then, it will be too late to save their career, Cassandra and Nadine will be sacked from real estate!!! Let's see how Cassandra and Nadine will take to being on the streets, homeless and poor!!! Get ready for the axe, Cassandra and Nadine!!!! Bye-bye!!!

I am glad that the two jokers did get fired. Then when they started crying, they were crying because they have been caught. I would have yelled to them in a crossly tone of voice, "OH, SHUT UP!!!" People think it is so damn funny to discriminate. If they tried that in public like at a restaurant, they would have been not only kicked out but could be tossed in the slammer.

Something similar happened to a friend of mind about a decade ago. He was looking at a place at an open house and asked the realtor if he could put on in an offer snd the realtor told him “No!” And when my friend asked why he simply said “Because I don’t like you!” Now my friend at the time had a unique look. He dressed and looked like hippie from the 1960s. But even so he could well afford the house and has money for a down payment. I offered to report the realtor to his employing broker but he told me not to bother and it was stupid of him to miss out on a sale and his commission just because he didn’t like the way my friend looked

So, The saying goes - "Do not judge a book by it's cover". How many really think this thru? In the times that Jesus was teaching here on Earth one of the disciples asked him how to tell good from bad? Jesus told him by the fruits of his labor. Those that are bad bear no fruit. A 'Cover' not only means how they dress but also what society and media wraps a person in. Those that are truly looking for truth will understand what I am trying to say. "By the fruits of their labor".

In Silicon Valley, I hate to say it but a lot of people have cash to put down. Especially overseas. They jack the price up of the houses. 1.5 might buy you a condo but not a house. The market is still very competitve, even with all the people moving out. Reasons: Great weather, still VC HQ for the world, still not much being built so demands far exceeds supply. And the rich do look like the hobo sometimes. The rich don't always like to dress up. They like to dress down. I know some millionaires. They look boring. I carpooled for awhile when I worked far way on days I got tired of taking Caltrain and the guys all listened to podcasts about investing. They were going to their jobs but in tshirts. Hardly any of them were dressed up. That's what I love about living here. Even meeting customers, I barely dress up. That's more East Coast.

I know there are sensible training films out there that cover the fact that you should not judge a person by the way they look or talk or act. But this is totally over the top - so much so that it makes a laughing stock of the serious issue of people making judgements of other people on little evidence. It really is quite comical.

Aftermath idea: Jackson upgraded his company by installing surveillance cameras and carefully asking interviewees about their personalities and criminal records. Marty got the promotion as promised, which ended up skyrocketing and Marty made so much money that he was able to buy a nicer house and nicer car. Gustavo is still currently the manager and he absolutely loves his job. As for Nadine and Cassandra, they both got a taste of their own medicine. Because of their judgemental attitudes, no man wanted to date them. Nadine and Cassandra also got in trouble with the law when they were drinking and driving and they accidentally hit someone and then tried to take off. But they were eventually caught, charged with hit-and-run and DUI and were both sent to 5 years in jail and ordered to pay a fine of $25,000. They used the last of their rent money (Which they had spent on materialistic things, along with alcohol) to pay off their fine, which financially ruined them and made them homeless. They live on the street, in tents, constantly treated exactly like how they treated Jackson and other people in the past. They finally realize what it's like to be made fun of. They regret their actions and wish they could go back in time to change the past. Eventually, they both ended up crawling back to Jackson's company, crying and apologizing for what they did and plead to Jackson for forgiveness and a job. Jackson, sticking to his "no discrimination" policy, was kind enough to give them a second chance by working as janitors.
