He got her an apartment. It some states and cities, you own apartments. In CA and Western states, they mostly own Condos and Townhomes. But in Eastern States you buy apartments. There’s also a difference in the literature or co-op type paperwork. If it had been a rented apartment, she wouldn’t have been so quick to get rid of the money train. But she probably only has co-op or association fees for just a few months of stringing him along. As soon as he wanted to constantly be with her or live with her, she dumped him.

Look at how easily he sent $2300 for a credit card bill. And she said just $2300. We’re talking real money here, not just renting an apartment if a quick payment for a credit card is $2300 and he didn’t bat an eye.
