Using Illumina Experiment Manager (IEM) to Create a Sample Sheet for Illumina Libraries

In this video, we demonstrate how to rapidly create a MiSeq™ sample sheet for Nextera™ DNA Flex libraries, newly renamed Illumina® DNA Prep, (M) Tagmentation using Illumina Experiment Manager (IEM) version 1.18. These principles can be applied to creating samples sheets for different instruments and different Illumina library types.
