What a cool experience, and it's easy to see that the girls really enjoyed their safari :) You do get to see the wildlife close up and larger than life in that illuminarium. It does feel like you are immersed. I love the handmade gifts too that they have in the gift shop, and it's a nice way to support the artists from Africa and help protect wildlife. What a fun, family experience! That’s almost better than a real-life Safari because you’re immersed in the African grasslands and it’s animals. I loved the girls’ expressions. That sense of wonder 💜

My family and I were visiting Atlanta this weekend. We made reservations for the 6:30pm show on Saturday but the traffic and parking was unbelievable. Soooo sad we missed out on this experience.

It's about 45 min, so it will not take up your entire window time slot. The main portion is in one room, similar to an art gallery. There isn't alot of walking- It's more closely related to a movie experience, but interactive if that makes sense. Hope you have a great time!
