This Watatsumi bgm has similiar vibes to Zora's Domain Zelda bgm, and that's makes me really happy and just wanna cry how beautiful it is.

That is because it is actually inspired from Zelda's BotW music. Watatsumi Island itself is inspired on BotW's Zora's Domain. And the Grand Narukami Shrine is inspired from BotW's Mount Satori, with the blue beam. There's most likely many other more references you can catch an eye on.

This was the first song I heard when I walked up to watatsumi island and i had the exact same thought. This song brings a tear to my eye

There is no reason on gods green earth this song needs to be as emotional and beautiful as it is... but I'm so glad that it is :")

been in sumeru for so long, when I had to farm sea ganoderma for my new Kazuha I had to farm at Watatsumi island. and this music takes me back to the beginning of my genshin journey, all the fun and co-ops I had before at low AR, when a lot was uncertain. such a beautiful song/memory
