Mashallah Shaykh thank you for this lecture, not only is it entertaining but you used the Quran and sunnah to make your point. I'm a youth who was scared of the stuff I see online about this new world order stuff, and while I still believe there are links between the people in power and the messages they give us through entertainment, you helped me to be more rational when I look at things like that. JazakAllahu Khairan and may Allah swt bless you and your family for giving us knowledge, Ameen 🤲

I've known about this sheikh from many years ago and listened to a few videos including one or two entire lectures he has given from the time I first came across him, so I haven't given him a lot of my time, therefore I won't say too much about him - but about the things he has said here I have some comments to make, it's very empty and puerile, it amounts to nothing, it is pretty evident from how he is talking he hasn't done deep research into any of these theories or penetrated beneath the surface, he seems to have only done some video browsing and basic reading, but little does he know there are literally dozens of books that have been written on this subject going back many decades, well before the internet had even been invented, authored by highly educated, prominent and thoughtful individuals, from a diverse range of backgrounds, I have read ten or so myself up to this point and am currently reading another. Essentially his whole tone is nothing except dismissive and comedic, he doesn't have any counter arguments to the claims of these theories, just a dumb caricature of conspiracy theorists as if that's a persuasive way of engaging with a claim or argument - low level rubbish almost entirely that barely deserves any consideration and I do think he himself is smarter and also capable of better, but the constant, overdone attempts at humour serve only to diminish his own profile as someone who is apparently learned with the competence to speak publicly on matters, using such an approach does him no favours. In summary he sought to portray those who speak of conspiracies as illiterate folk who buy into things without following them up with proper research and investigation... what tripe. Is this really the best that contemporary Islamic scholarship has to offer?, this jejune, unrestrained baby talk?, instead of a manly, serious analysis of the real world and the powers at work in it today. The subject of conspiracy is crucial to understanding the modern world and many events of our times, much of the conspiracy literature addressing this subject matter can be identified with the conspiracy for a new world order, which is closely related to many of the suspicions surrounding Freemosonry, the Illuminati and other secret societies. This knowledge is also essential in order to understand the nature of the end times, namely the antichrist and his connection with this conspiracy for a new world order, it is highly relevant to Islamic eschatology. If you want an excellent book on the subject which illustrates why these theories are actually well founded, then I would recommend En Route to Global Occupation, by Gary H. Kah as a primer, I doubt you'll regret reading it if you decide you're willing to and want to.
@yassir2824 Жыл бұрын
I think you have to understand the context, who he's speaking to (younger people) and the message he's trying to get across. He's helping them to become less scared of illuminati and NWO and understand that no matter what they do, God is more powerful than them. Even if you research all of that stuff like the 13 families, freemasons, skull and bones etc and if you understand their agenda and realize what they're doing, what can you do with that information? Can you go and stop them? You won't be able to. The point is to have trust in God and not worry about things you can't change
@skilledjanjua297 Жыл бұрын
@@yassir2824 yes I know those are good points, but his tone is one of discouragement, as if the information is false and contains no truth, the scholars of Islam need to wake up to the reality of the world today, in order to combat dajjal.
@yassir2824 Жыл бұрын
@@skilledjanjua297 the tone is more the discourage fear to the youth he's speaking to, he didn't outright deny everything. The prophet pbuh already gave us the tools to battle the fitna of dajjal and told us what to do when he comes and he hasn't come yet, so we can't do anything except leave it in God's hands, but to be constantly worried and looking for connections in everything isn't going to help anyone. Having perceived knowledge of something and being able to change or affect it are 2 different things, and your life before and after knowing about secret societies isn't any different except you're now going to be more paranoid

Allah says the people who believe him without seeing him Allah has kept paradise for them due to their faith in Allah. Allah also saying in the Quran if they see Allah for real then where is the faith and where is the test.
