Sir please answer me, does the tester glows on DC or not. If yes, does it glows on positive terminal and negative terminal due to the matter of convention current and electron current. Another doubt is, does a bulb glows on positive charges or negative charge in a conductor?

Yes Tester glows with DC also, even at the negative terminal (for the enough voltage magnitude). Bulb glows with the current flow (irrespective of polarity of charge)

Sir/madam. I have one doubt. What a resistor do.. Opposses current right. Then, if resistor is for the purpose of opposing current, then how current across series resistor is same. If suppose 2 resistor connected in series Current must be reduced after crossing resistor 1 and then it has to be reduced again after crossing 2 resistor right?? Please explain me.

No no current is just like a water in pipe.....the same amount of water going inside will come from other side .....resistance just slow down the process ....and it does not absorb currenr
