Hey Brian, as I understand there are not yet that many illumine pedals out on the scenes hence not a ton of videos on youtube for tips and tricks available so any video that provide a short way to understand the possibilities in your fantastic pedal is much appreciated. At this moment I am awaiting a pedal to be shipped from CA USA to DK and can hardly wait to get it and play with it. I exchanged my Strymon Big Sky for an illumina and I´m looking forward to get an improved sound quality and a few new features on my board. :o) Thanks, keep posting.

Is it possible to set "recalls preset" for factory presets, without saving in user presets?

Only User Presets can be added to the list of presets recalled via the footswitch.

Awesome pedal I’m ordering today , can I just ask is it easy to store 4 favourite presets for easy access when playing live? 1,2,3,4 and using both switches to navigate up and down. Thanks

Damn just turned back on next day there’s 9 presets in there again not 4 as I’d done, this is going to be frustrating Live as I need just 4 presets to toggle between not 9 please help

It sounds like you did not save these changes to the presets. Adding or removing a preset from the footswitch recall list is a change to the preset and must be saved to be persistent. After you make the change in the Footswitch Recalls/Skips Preset screen, enter the Save Menu by pressing the bottom knob. Press the bottom knob again to save the preset. You must perform this action in each preset that you change.

Does the tail/trails of the reverb continue and decay out when changing to a new preset? Usually called ‘spill over’, does illuminate have that feature?

If switching between presets that use the same effect and effect options (only top-level parameters are different), then trails will spill over.

how do you make the footswitch to only go up and down 1 preset at a time? Mine jumps like 3 or 4 presets at a time...

If you want a preset to be recalled by the footswitch, first recall this preset using the knob. Then scroll over to the "Footswitch" screen and select "Recalls Preset." To skip a preset when using the footswitch, select "Skips Preset" from this screen. Don't forget to save the preset after you're done.

This reverb sounds incredible but I have to admit that I did not like the UI whatsoever. I always felt clunky and unsure when using this pedal and replaced it.. Which is too bad because I was in loveeee with the sounds..

Neunaber are an excellent company and helped me through the finer details, it’s a bit to get your head around but boy when you do, wow the pedal is the number one, second to none and I’ve had many of the best, it’s amazing
