So cool to see how this gorgeous have is made and that it's doable for a newby like me. And fun to hear a british accent! I lived in London as a student years ago.

Hello Sara Thank you for this video, I had ago last week & made a vail fascinator, it was fab. I attempted one previously about two months ago which was a lot harder, your method was much better. 🙌🏻 I just heated & glued the vail to join the the final edge. Really enjoying your tutorials, hope your well, Samantha @fbyc

Thanks for sharing this video Sara.its so beautiful but we couldn't see how you put the wire through the veil because your camera couldn't capture majority of the work from the beginning thus making it difficult to understand.thanks

Super struggling. Watched your video x20 😖 Can't seem to start with the pinning. As it doesn't want to be straight smooth or taut but wavy. Iv trimmed the veil (to the point over trimmed it and had to start again. My wire is not much bigger then a dinner plate! Super struggling getting the smooth taunt appearance...Any suggestions? 😭

Hi, it is difficult to help without seeing the problem, but my tips would be, don't make the brim too big, but your size sounds ok, and the wire must be stiff, not flexible, otherwise it will deform and pull the veiling into a wave. Pin the wire to a bread board or similar and then pin the veiling to it, and see if that helps. If you really struggle you can send images to me via email shmillinery@gmail.com. Hope this helps

Please what is the name of that little thing you used to join both edges of the millinery wire?
