Yeah some people really like that feature, I can't remember if it had been added in when I made this video since Illustrator was still pretty new at this point. It is not a feature I ever use so I tend to forget it is there!

That’s what I always said. You can literally draw straight vector lines with the Apple Pencil which is already a game changer.

Blob pen tool in Designer: draw with the brush tool and then hit “expand”.

Yeah you can achieve something similar, it's just not as convenient as the blob brush tool

Anyone know if I can save as illustrator file? I’ve had illustrator desktop with Wacom and the whole thing seems too cumbersome. I work in procreate and save to psd. Hoping the same to make switch to affinity on iPad

You cannot save as an AI file as far as I know, you will have to save as an SVG or an EPS if you want to take a file from Affinity Designer to Adobe Illustrator

Hi I'm sorry that does sound frustrating. I'm not sure I know the answer, what version of Affinity Designer are you using? Does the red line appear only while working or does it appear when you export a document as well? Can you clarify what you mean by double view?

How do you unerase in affinity photo?

You can't unerase, but if you use a mask to hide parts of the image rather than erase them you can hide or reveal by painting black and white. This video is about Affinity Designer, but I have course on Affinity Photo on Skillshare that shows you how to use masks.
