I think its down to too many artists in america saw that people succeeded with the whole Tupak / biggie approach and simply said "I can do that". As opposed to thinking for themselves, like Tupak probably did in the first place and like all the innovating artists coming out of America, Aus and all countries did, continued to do and will do.
