There are plenty of flies in the area. Health concerns are very important not only the abundance of cheap food. They should improve sanitation. Bacolod & Cebu has controlled fly infestation due to cleanliness in poultry farms. A blessed New Year mga Kapuso. In Jesus Christ name. Amen.
