I'm enjoying your tour. Im no rich but long ago many Richie rich families live in Iloilo City. 1920's po many of our houses were like American /Spanish style even my own late parents and relatives but sad thing is they were not taken cared and preserved except for these concrete ones and those that can afford to renovate it.
