Nicely done! I've noticed that IIonggos are more pro Americans vs Tagalogs. They were also more pro Spanish. Ilonggos fought together with the Spanish against the invading Muslim raiders and even helped them with their attempt to invade Manila. Ilonggos had a different historical environment and political interest than Tagalogs and that forced them to work together with the Spanish and the Americans. Maybe that's why when I'm among educated Ilonggos I don't sense this occasional underlying anger or blaming towards Americans or puti in general. I'm not Filipino for the record, I just find it fascinating.

When the uprisings in Manila started against the Spanish government by the Tagalogs, the Ilonggos condemned the act as treason. It falls inline to the title of "La Muy Leal y Noble Cuidad de Iloilo."
